Anticipating
Lord, I know what you’ve spoken in your word
Lord, I know your promises are true
Lord, help me to remain focused
As I wait diligently on you.
Lord, you have given me purpose
vision, dreams, and goals
Today, I release the reins
I give you complete control.
Lord, I know my circumstances are temporal
and they too will pass and cease
You are sovereign, you reign, you are my king
And you are my Prince of Peace.
